1. Pick your boxes
Build your order from 120+ cuts — online or at 514-652-1991. $150 minimum, which is also where free delivery starts. So in practice: delivery's free.
2. We pack it cold
Vacuum-sealed boxes, packed with dry ice on delivery day. Not home? Tell us where to leave it — the dry ice buys hours.
3. You stock the freezer
We deliver across Greater Montreal, right to your door. Every piece individually sealed — take out what you need, when you need it.
The freezer guide
How long it keeps: vacuum-sealed at peak — beef up to 12 months, poultry 9, fish 6–9.
Thawing: overnight in the fridge, or sealed bag in cold water: steaks ~45 min, fillets ~20. Never the microwave, never the counter.
Space math: a 5 cu ft chest freezer holds 10–12 of our boxes; a normal fridge-freezer handles a starter order easily.
Delivery zones
Island of Montreal: free over $150. Laval & South Shore (within ~30 km): $15 flat, free over $300. We confirm your delivery window when you order.
